Overview
Our client is a leading provider of Strategically Outsourced Services, operating across the UK and Ireland. They are recognised experts in first-generation outsourcing and delivering services to quality-critical environments and sectors, including Corporate Offices, Iconic Buildings, Life Sciences, Retail, Healthcare, and Education.
We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Cleaning Account Manager to oversee the operational cleaning delivery at our prestigious sites at the following locations: Feltham, Sittingbourne and Scalpel in Central London.
You will be an organised, energetic leader with strong communication skills, a passion for team development, and a commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee team operations and ensure delivery of KPIs, safety standards, and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
- Lead communication, training, and performance reviews to engage and motivate staff.
- Support and guide teams in delivering exceptional service levels and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and contractual obligations.
- Engage with ‘out of hours’ colleagues through ad-hoc site visits.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in managing large contracts, with at least 3 years in a similar role (preferably security, or cleaning sectors).
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Holds a valid IOSH Managing Safety certificate or willingness to attain.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrable knowledge of operational management and KPI delivery.
- Availability to work on client premises 5 days per week and flexibility for site visits across multiple locations.
