London Underground Station Cleaner
LONDON UNDERGROUND STATION CLEANER | £13.15 P/HR | LONDON UNDERGROUND | TEMPORARY
We are recruiting for Station Cleaning Operatives to join us and work for one of our major Clients at various locations on the London Underground network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the station or platform is cleaned to the required standard
- Mopping and hoovering the station floors and platforms
- Clearing up any spillages
- Litter picking and waste clearance
- Understand and comply fully with documents and instructions issued
- Wear the correct PPE as directed and only use the equipment which is supplied on site
- Ensure your PPE and equipment are maintained and report any defects or damage, so it can be repaired or replaced
- Using chemicals to clean effectively and efficiently
- Promoting a clean and safe working environment
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Sentinel Card with the ICI – LU qualification (training is provided)
- A positive and professional outlook with a real ‘can do’ attitude to any tasks
- You should be able to work alone or within a small team
