Technical Operative
TECHNICAL OPERATIVE | 7AM – 3PM | £11.95 – £13.15 P/HR | WANDSWORTH | PERMANENT
We are recruiting for a van based Technical Operative to join our team based in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience of removing graffiti, stone and masonry cleaning, and be comfortable working at height when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Removal of Graffiti at our client’s premises using pressure washing equipment, graffiti removal chemicals and paint where required.
- When required, cleaning of stone and masonry with DOFF or TORIK soft washing systems.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experienced in graffiti removal techniques, using chemicals and pressure washing.
- DOFF, TORC, Historic Building cleaning methods.
- Preparation & Application of Specialist Coatings.
- Experience in working up to heights of 10m including ladders and all forms of elevation/tower equipment.
- Accustomed to using handheld machinery/equipment.
- Good understanding of IT, including MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Ability to create shift reports and relevant documentation.
- Clean driving license. (Essential)
- IPAF/PASMA/DOFF/TORC. (Desirable)
