COMPLIANCE & PERFORMANCE MANAGER
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance and Performance Manager to join a successful team in the Rail & Transport sector based in London. Our client is a progressive and dynamic company within the FM sector and a leading provider of Strategically Outsourced Services operating across the UK and Ireland. They are recognised experts in first generation outsourcing and provision of outsourced services to quality critical environments and sectors with unique challenges such as Rail, Transport, Corporate Offices, Iconic Buildings, Life Sciences, Retail, Healthcare and Education.
- Ensure operational compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Monitor health & safety, environmental, sustainability and best-practice requirements
- Track, analyse, and report KPIs, SLAs, and overall service performance
- Carry out audits and inspections to identify quality and performance and training gaps
- Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to resolve issues and maintain standards
- Oversee contract budgets to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery
- Produce compliance reports, performance dashboards, and audit summaries
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions
- Drive innovation, sustainability and service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in contract compliance, performance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and cleaning industry standards (including BICSc)
- Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs, audits and service quality
- Ability to analyse performance data and produce clear reports
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Good understanding of budget control and cost efficiency
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ISO standards desirable
- Cleaning industry experience and Lean/Six Sigma training advantageous
- Rail or Air experience is desirable
Following the successful completion of your six-month probation period, your salary will increase by 5% to £56,700.
