LABOUR/CLEANER
LABOUR/CLEANER | £14.80 | FULL-TIME | Day & Night Shifts | EASTBOURNE & LONDON
We are recruiting a reliable Labourer/Cleaner to join our small, friendly team. The role involves carrying out a variety of cleaning and general labouring tasks across multiple sites in East Sussex and London.
Ideal Candidate
- Sentinel Card with the ICI – LU qualification (Desirable)
- Must live in Eastbourne
- Driving licence (ESSENTIAL)
- A positive and professional outlook with a real ‘can do’ attitude to any tasks
- Available day/night and some weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Safely remove graffiti from a range of surfaces using approved cleaning products, solvents, and specialist equipment.
- Operate cleaning machinery and equipment (e.g., pressure washers, steam cleaners, abrasive removal systems)
- Ensure correct use, storage, and disposal of chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
- Record all graffiti removal activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and contractors
- Comply with all Health & Safety, PPE, and London Underground operational requirements
- Uphold the organisation’s values, maintaining professionalism and discretion while working in public-facing environments.
